For Conversion, you don’t need approval since you will be approved by the bank, you only need to send us the documents such as:
• Copy of Deed with legal description
• Copy of your next payment coupon or the most recent Mortgage Statement
• Copy of homeowners insurance
• Check for conversion fee made out to IjaraCDC
• OR you can send over a copy of your documents from the closing
USA Customers
• Copy of Deed with legal description
• Copy of your next payment coupon or the most recent Mortgage Statement
• Copy of homeowners insurance
• Your Social Security Number and Birth date(Copy of ID & SSN card)
• Check for conversion fee made out to Ijara Marketing, LLC
Canadian Customers
• Copy of Deed with legal description
• Copy of your next payment coupon or the most recent Mortgage Statement
• Copy of homeowners insurance
• Your Social Insurance Number and Birth date(Copy of ID & SIN card)
• Check for conversion fee made out to Ijara Canada, Inc.
