Multi-Family Properties

  • Must be in Metropolitan area with more than 100,000 population
  • More than 100 units for as little as 10% down
  • One to four units (Under the Residential category)
  • Five to eight units (Under the Investment category)
    • 20-30% down payment
    • Minimum of $300,000 to $1 million
  • More than 8 units (Under the Investment category)
    • 20-30% down payment
    • Minimum of $1.5 million to $30 million

Retail, Office, or Industrial Real Estate

  • Owner-occupied properties
    • Up to 26 years with 5% down payment; maximum of 10 years without a real estate
    • Up to 12 months of no payments during construction is possible
    • Must occupy at least 51% of space and 60% or more with construction
    • $250,000 to $5 million
    • Some users like gas stations will have a minimum down payment of 15%
  • Not owner-occupied investments
    • Up to 20 years with 25-35% down payment
    • Up to 12 months of no payments during construction is possible
    • $300,000 to $30 million
