Idaho Housing offers a down payment assistance program aimed at making the dream of homeownership easier and more accessible for Idahoans. Borrowers can get up to 8% of the home's sale price for the down payment and/or closing costs.
Requirements:
- Minimum FICO score of 620
- Annual income ceiling of $170,000
- Repeat buyers welcome to apply for the program
- Must enroll and complete Finally Home!® Homebuyer Education Course online or via a certified local seminar
- $500 minimum contribution from own funds
