Ijara has 38 different investors that will provide the loan. They consist of banks, private investors, and insurance companies. Some of them are not Muslim investors, but there is nothing in the Quran that forbids a non-Muslim to participate in an Islamic transaction as long as they follow Shariah compliance then it is permissible.
