Here’s your islamic home loans March home checklist

By all accounts, it’s been a terrible winter and one that has probably caused some kind of damage to your home. Your islamic mortgage loans are a great vehicle for you to get started in the real estate market without having to face riba, but protecting your investment means staying on top of these maintenance issues.

Go after those roof dams

Now that the weather will permit you to go up on the roof safely with a ladder, it’s time to look for any kind of leftover storm debris that’s been accumulating up there. As well as the ice dams people hear so much about which can cause moisture to flow back into the structure of your house, accumulated debris needs to be moved so it doesn’t pose the same kind of threat.

Now is a good time to check around skylights and roof flashing for any areas that need to be touched up with caulk or repaired.

Many people only hire a home inspector once they’ve gotten their islamic home loans and are closing the deal, but March is a good time to book a second visit for one of these professionals so you can head off any costly repairs.
