Some home inspection red flags

Before you start looking at a glossary of terms that come complete with your ijara loans and trying to figure out what acquisition payments and other terms mean, you should be aware of the red flags that can come up during the home inspection. Here’s a few things that you’ll want to be sure to note if you find them in any of the homes you are considering.

  • Mildew in the basement is a sure sign that water has been seeping in. If there are brown stains on the concrete walls that’s another indicator there’s been water damage at some point in the past.
  • Poor grading around the outside of the home is another red flag that can lead to water damage. The grade should slope away from the sides of the house so that water runs off and safely away.
  • Cracks in the foundation are another warning sign that you should be aware of. These could mean the house has a structural problem that will be expensive to remedy.

Purchasing ijara loans means that you’ll be kept safe from riba. Knowing what to look for in a home inspection is a critical element of making a successful purchase.
