Islamic home financing is of course the best way to stay on course when you’re looking to stay Sharia compliant but of course there’s lots more to the  islamic mortgage financing products we offer than first meets the eye. One of the things that you’ll have to do that has nothing to do with Islamic teaching is pick the right location where you’ll raise a family. Here’s a few pointers that will help you along with that process.

1. Make sure that you visit the location you’re interested in at different times of the day and night and on the weekends especially. What might appear to be a quiet and reasonable neighborhood on a Monday evening might be full of people making a lot of noise and partying on a Saturday or Friday night. Visiting during different times will give you a clear indication of what you’re really up against.
2. Make sure the place has all the proper amenities including transportation. Although you might not need the services of a subway or bus at the present moment, looking down the road it’s always a good idea if you work the availability of transportation into the selling features.
